Returns Policy
The Dapper Dandy Co.

At The Dapper Dandy Co., we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, please read our returns policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1 Standard Returns:
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all tags attached. Returns must include the original invoice or completed returns form.

 

1.2 Non-Returnable Items:
Bespoke items are non-returnable, as they are custom-made to your specifications. Showroom or off-the-shelf garments are often one-off pieces and may not be eligible for return. Discounted items may not be returnable, particularly if they are bespoke or showroom pieces.

1.3 Condition Requirements:
Returned items must be free from fragrance, cosmetics, or other marks. Items not meeting these conditions may be refused or subject to a partial refund.


2. Refunds
2.1 Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving the return. It may take an additional 5-10 days for funds to appear in your account.

2.2 Deductions: If using our provided return label, £3.00 will be deducted from the refund amount. If returning via your own courier, no deduction will be applied. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


3. Exchanges
3.1 How to Request an Exchange: Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must meet the same condition requirements as returns.

 

3.2 Stock Availability: Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer an alternative or a refund. One free exchange is offered per customer (UK only). Any additional exchanges will require the customer to cover postage costs.

4. Return Instructions
4.1 Using Our Returns Label: This is not a free return; a £3.00 fee will be deducted from your refund. For large orders requiring multiple parcels, you will be charged per label used.

4.2 Using Your Own Courier: You may return your order via a courier of your choice. We recommend using a tracked and insured service as we are not liable for lost returns. Return Address: The Dapper Dandy, 21 Stockdale drive, Warrington, WA5, United Kingdom


5. International Returns
5.1 Return Process: International customers must return items using a tracked courier service. Ensure customs forms are correctly filled out as "Returned Goods" to avoid additional charges.

5.2 International Exchanges:
International exchanges require a shipping fee (50% of the reshipping cost). Customers may be responsible for repaying customs/import charges when items re-enter their country.
