2.2 Pricing & Payment: All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We accept payment via major credit/debit cards and secure payment gateways. Payment must be made in full before dispatch.

2.3 Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if payment is not verified.

3. Shipping & Delivery
3.1 Delivery Timeframes: Standard UK delivery times are 3-5 working days. Express delivery options may be available at an additional cost.
International shipping times vary based on location.

3.2 Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable. Customs duties and taxes for international orders are the buyer’s responsibility.

4.2 Non-Returnable Items: Bespoke items are non-returnable as they are made to order. Showroom and discounted items may not be eligible for return.

4.3 Refunds & Exchanges: Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Bespoke & Custom Orders
5.1 Bespoke garments are made to your specifications and cannot be returned or refunded. 5.2 Orders for bespoke items cannot be modified once production has begun. 5.3 Please ensure all measurements and specifications are accurate before placing an order.
